Big Agnes has successfully married function and fashion. The Shovelhead Hooded Jacket is the warmest jacket I have ever put on and I look amazing in it.<br /><br />I feel a little like Trinity from the Matrix when I wear it (I am certain that if she was a skier, this is the jacket she would wear). The shiny black its awesome. The 700 fill power Downtek™ water resistant down makes it easy for me to wear this jacket in the snow. I don't have to worry about being cold AT ALL.<br /><br />Down is great, until it gets wet. Downtek™ has changed all of that. Most down treatments are sprayed on the clusters and, when wet, cause it all to clump up.
